    Matt has been with Toyota of Oxnard for 9 years and has single handedly built the Internet Department into the success it is today. Matt prides himself on Customer Service, if there is an option you want, if Matt can't get it no one can.

    Matt met and married Debra, who is currently our Finance Manager here at Toyota of Oxnard. Matt is originally from South Texas and had a career as a Rancher and Private Investigator. Matt has 3 children, 1 grandchild and 2 Dogs and 1 Cat; his hobbies are spending as much time as possible with his family.

    Matt is putting all of his energy into making this the most successful Internet Sales Division in the nation.

    Al has been with DCH Toyota of Oxnard since 1997. Over his many years of service Al has been given the nickname Al "CAPITAL" Gaines by his co-workers. Al moved to Ventura County back in 1981 from New York City, that's where he reunited with his current wife Rhea who he grew up with and was his teenage girlfriend. Al has 3 children from a previous relationship, Terrail, Dmitri, and his baby girl Kendahl. Al's hobbies are graphic arts, photography, basketball and watching his children compete in their various sporting events, also in his spare time he runs a t-shirt silk screening business called "Big City Apparel" which is 5 years old. So as you can see Al is a busy guy, but never to busy for his many customers. Al's goal is to provide an Excellent Sales experience before and after the sale. So give Al a try, and he'll be your Guy.

    Paul has been with DCH Toyota of Oxnard for 14 years and he has been in the automotive business for 20 years. Paul is 1 of 13 children and lives in Oxnard. Paul has been a resident of Oxnard for over 40 years. Paul married his High School sweetheart Renee and they have been married for 21 years. Paul and Renee have no children of their own, however they enjoy being with thier extended family and a host of nieces and nephews. Paul has won several awards for customer satisfaction and continues to make DCH Toyota of Oxnard, a place where customers feel at home. Paul believes that the "Customer should always come first, you can always replace a vehicle, but you can not replace a customer".

    My name is Jim Perez. I'm the newest member of the DCH family. I have almost 30 years of sales experience with 13 years in the automotive industry. I have lived in California since 1973 originally from New York City (Brooklyn). I'm fluent in Spanish; my hobbies are motorcycles, cars, music, traveling when I can. My goal is to provide my customer's with the best buying experience that I can. I want to make it easy and fun, that includes customer service before, during and after the sale.
